The right of members of farmers’ collectives to the quantitative allocation of shares of collective operational assets is based on the membership in the collective, which is in turn based on the collective ownership. The objects of the shareholder’s right to collective operational assets of members of farmers’ collectives are the collectively-owned assets accumulated in the operation of the collective economy, which determines that the shareholder’s right to collective assets is not a shareholder’s right to private capital based on individual contribution, but the right of shareholding members of collectives, which by nature is the participation in the distribution of profits from the collective business operation. In the determination of membership in a collective and the establishment of the types of shares of collective assets, the principle of distribution, the contents of the shareholder’s right, and the enterprise system of collective economic organizations, efforts should be made to uphold and realize farmers’ collective ownership and meet the requirements of farmers’ collective public ownership. |
